  1. Click Add Activity, by default Travel and Labour activity types are automatically added.

    Click to delete an activity.

  2. Enter Start and End Time in hh:mm format for an activity

    Click to populate the current time for a time field.

  3. Enter Comment if any
  4. Click to select Repaired Desc from the list.

    Use the to locate the required note.

  5. Click  to add part required for this service call.
    1. Click  to enable barcode scanner mode to scan it the part required, or 
    2. Click  to search for a part.
  6. Enter the Used Qty
  7. Optionally enter :
    1. Back Order Qty
    2. Serial Number
    3. Notes.
  8. Click on New Count to enter Meter Counts if any

  9. Click to obtain customer's signature as sign-off for the call

     Show me

  10. Click Accept Signature 

    Click Clear to clear the signature.

  11. Enter customer name in Signed by.

     Show me

  12. Click Finalise Call.
  13. Click Yes to submit a complete service call.
