Click Add Activity, by default Travel and Labour activity types are automatically added.

Click on New Count to enter Meter Counts if any

to obtain customer's signature as sign-off for the call
Click Accept Signature
Click Clear to clear the signature.
Enter customer name in Signed by.
- Click Finalise Call.
Click Yes to submit a complete service call.
