Deleting Products

Products can only be deleted if they have NO Products Movements and NO Quantity on Hand.

If a Product is set to 'Display on Web' that means that these products are not Catalogue products.

If a product is set to 'Catalogue Product' it is a Catalogue Product.

If a Product is flagged as 'Display on Web' and these products are Store Products. When the status of the Product is changed to 'Archived', these products will be deleted off the Web.

If a product is not a store product and you want to delete the product. Set the flag of 'Display on Web' onto the products and save. Leave the product to flow up to the web. Then the next day delete the product from readysell.

Setting Up View Variant For Products With No Movements for a Supplier

1. Log onto Readysell
2. Select inventory
3. Select products
4. Drag onto the list view, product id, product name, card id, status, qtyonhand,Display on Web, Catalogue Product
5. Right click and select ‘filter editor’
6. Set the filter to be like below screen shot
7. Click on Apply
8. Click on OK
9. Then once the result appears to screen

10. Set up a View Variant and save it

11. Identify all the products for that one supplier

    Please Note

    Check the results for the supplier selected with no movements. If there is no quantity on hand at all and no movements, and the products are not linked to a Catalgoue, highlight all the products and click on 'Delete'.

To manually set a range of products to have a status of 'Archive' without saving one at a time

1. Select the view variant for the criteria required
2. Click on tools
3. Click on 'Modification Checking'
4. Select 'On Close Only'
5. Then go through the list displayed and set each status on the products to be 'Archived'
6. Click on Save
7. Set your modifications setting back.
