  1. In From the navigation Navigation panel, go to click Bulk Maintenance then Bulk Update Runs.

  2. Click New. The New Bulk Update Run window displays. 

  3. Enter a Name for the Bulk Update

  4. In the lines are click on extract from the top panel. Extract bulk update run box appears.Click Image Added from the top panel

  5. Select a bulk update run set or create a new one.

    record data type
    1. Record Data Type can only do cards, people, products,machines
    and

    2. Select a Field Name
    (E.g: for product you may select DisplayOnWebsite)Enter new value (E.g: True)
    1.  e.g., change Meters AutoIncreasePricePercentage
    2. Enter a New Value e.g., numeric, True, False, text

  6. Lines area will be populated now

  7. Review the lines extracted to ensure they matched the run set

  8. Click Image Added from the top panel to update the products with the changes shown in this bulk update run
