- In the navigation panel, go to Print Services Service then Machines.
- Click on button Create, click on button New From Template from the top panelMachine Template selection box appears New
Change Status to Template
Continue creating the machine as per normal. Click here to see more on Machines.Expand title Show me 
- Select your machine template and click on button OK
- A new machine page will be opened, fields will be filled in as per template
- Enter all required details and click Save and Close
