  1. From the navigation panel, double-click Administration> Users

  2. Click on New button to create a new user

  3. The create new Users window will openKey in the User Name which is the user identification used when logging into ReadysellKey in the Full Name of the user

  4. Key in the user's Email Address used for action rules and reminders
  5. Key in Phone number 
  6. Key in the Operator Code used for sales POS

    The Operator Code can be obtained via the Generate Operator Code in the ribbon.

    OR manually keyed in with a numeric operator code of 3 digits


  7. Select the Site using the drop down list of where the user is working from
  8. Click/tick By default the Is Active flag is checked to make the user's status active in Readysell

    Note

    ClickCheck/ untick the Uncheck the Is Active flag to make the user's status inactive in Readysell.


  9. Change Password On First Logon flag to force the user to change the initial password to their own when they first logging into Readysell
  10. The field BCC on Outbound Emails by default is checked, uncheck to disable BCC of emails sent from Readysell automatically.

  11. Click Save or Save and Close
