Overview

Stock-take report shows physical verification of the quantities and condition of items held in an inventory, as a basis for accurate inventory audit and valuation. The Readysell stock-take report has visible the product id, name, location, qty counted, old qoh, variance qty and variance value fields.

1. In the Navigation panel, go to Reports then Form Reports.
2. In the list of reports find the category Products then select Stock take Report

3. Select a parameter some options may be as per image

   Expand
   title Show me

4. Click on Show Report Using Parameters, screen as per below will appear depending on the parameter select

   Start Period

   Expand
   title Show me
   Image Added

5. Start Date and End Period Date fields
   1. If you require 1 date period key in same customers id date into both fields
   2. If you require specific range of period dates enter the start period date and end period date for that range. 
6. Click OK and report runs
7. Result appears as above image (Image of report result) depending on parameters.
