To view and analyse a collection of KPI, a Scorecard can be used. Scorecard is an object that has linked KPI.

There is a list of built-in KPI Scorecards available to base on when creating your version.

1. From the Navigation panel, double click on Intelligence, click on Key Performance Indicators then Intelligence> KPI Scorecards
2. Click on New to create your version of KPI Scorecard
3. Change Name as required

4. Click on Insert

5. Select a KPI Definition to add to the scorecard

6. Repeat the insertion procedure as required

7. Click on Save and Close to save the change

8. From here you can examine the KPI such as
   1. Period
   2. Current
   3. Previous
   4. Change
   5. Trend
   6. Sparkline

9. Click on  Show Chart button to view PCP comparison KPI results in graphical chart format

10. Double click on the KPI Name to open up a new tab with the KPI data display.
    You can Export the data to all the common file formats for closer examinationA drill-down list view can be invoked by double-clicking the KPI. The result is a list of objects that were used to calculate the KPI.
    This list view can be exported for further analysis by grouping and sorting data.
