- From the Navigation panel, click Administration>Advanced>System Types then select SERVICE
- Select WEB-PORTAL-COUNTS-ENABLED and set the Value to True

* Your Email Batch Defaults email template for Meter Count Run may need changing to reflect the instructions for you customers to submit new count for this feature. Readysell Support can assist you in this process.

This is your monthly meter count request.The new procedure for sending copy counts is:
1. Click the link below to display the Meter Count Collection form
{DATA}2. Enter the new counts for the machines in the specified "New Count" space.
3. Click "Submit Counts" to send the form.
Please Note:
- Copy counts provided in any other form will not be accepted as this is now an automated system. Do not attach meter count reports as they will not be recorded.
- All counts must be provided prior to the 27th day of the month.
- If you are not the contact person for these emails please notify us of this change and we will update the contact details.
This count request email will not be resent.
