- In the navigation panel, go to Services Print Services then Machines.
- Click on button Create, click on button New From Template from the top panel
Machine Template selection box appears
Expand title Show me 
- Select your machine template and click okon button OK
- A new machine page will be opened, fields will be filled in as per template
