1. From the Navigation panel, double click on Print Services then click on Meter Charge Runs
2. Click on New to create a new meter charge run (METCHG)

3. Click on  Extract Meters to retrieve the meter count for charging

5. Click on Prepare Shipments to produce shipment lines for invoicing

7. Click on Complete to generate then post invoices post meter charge invoices for the generated shipments and complete the meter charge run
8. Click on Generate Email Batch to produce meter charge invoice email batch for the meter charge run
9. Click on Run Batch Now to send the meter charge invoice emails to the customers
