1. From the Navigation pane, double click on Inventory then click on Products
2. Select a product

3. Click on Notes button located on the ribbon line

4. To add a new note and set it to display on the to pop-up on a sales order and print on the line level of a purchase order, click on New

5. Type notes in the text field

6. Check the Display On Sale and Purchase Note boxes

7. Click on Save and Close
