How to check whether the price level has sent…

Select the customer card

Click on the button on the top ribbon Related

Select the option of Show Office Brands Messages

  • If there are no messages in the Office Brands Message window you need to go back to the customer, check the Web Customer Name, and check the Price Level. Refer back to the beginning of this page.

  • If there is a Create Update Contract message type and the status is Failed then the price level has not been sent and you need to check the XML Response to see why it failed. If it mentions the customer buyer organistationorganization, it means the Web Customer Name does not match exactly to the Org Entity Name in Web Admin. See documentation: Web customer name must be filled in on all customers that upload contracts to WebX

  • If there is a Create Update Contract message type and the status is Success then the price level has been sent to the web, you need to then send an email to Office Brands Support Team using the email address of:
    support@officebrands.com.au

In the email, explain what the problem is, and also include the below information:

  • the Customer Card ID

  • the customer’s User ID they use to log into your website

  • the customer’s password they use to log into your website

  • the Web Customer Name (which is the Organisation Entity Name from Web Admin that should be on the customer’s card, tab Settings, sub-tab Customer settings, sub-tab Web Integration, in the Web Customer Name field)

  • you will need to send a screenshot of this whole window with the most recent message selected showing on it

  • Copy the whole XML Request from the most recent message from the tab XML Request on the right-hand side. (i.e. right-click anywhere on that right-hand side, choose the Select All option, then right-click again and select Copy), then on the email under the screenshot, type XML REQUEST and then paste that XML Request information

  • Copy the whole XML Response from the most recent message from the tab XML Response on the right-hand side. (i.e. right-click anywhere on that right-hand side, choose the Select All option, then right-click again and select Copy), then on the email under the screenshot, type XML RESPONSE and then paste that XML Response information
