You can locate a purchase order through either Purchasing or Sales.

Note: Do not change any quantities at this stage.

 Locating the purchase order through Purchasing

Use this method if you know the transaction number of the purchase order

1. In the navigation panel, go to Purchasing then Orders.
2. On the left hand side of the screen is a list of all of the purchase orders

3. When searching for a purchase order use the transaction number search field.

   Expand
   title Show me
   Image Added

4. Left click into that field and start typing in the purchase order number.  For each number you key in, the list of purchase order will decrease in order for you to select the purchase order number you are after.
5. Double Click on the Purchase order that you wish to see the details for.
6. View the information.
