Cards can have a number of addressesThe Addresses tab on the Card Detail window allows you to store addresses for cards in the system. Addresses can be stored for any type of card.
An address can be one or more of the following types:
- Accounts: the address of the card's accounts department.
- Delivery: the address to be used for delivering goods.
- Physical: the card's actual physical address.
- Postal: the card's postal address.
A single address can belong to more than one type. For example, a card's delivery address and physical address might be the same, but their postal address might be different.

To add an address:
In the navigation panel, go to Relationships then Cards. The Cards list displays.
- Search for and select the card for which you want to add the address. See Finding a card for more information on finding a card.
Click the Addresses tab for the card. The addresses already stored in the system are displayed in the list.
Expand title Show me an example - Click New in the Addresses tab to create a new address.
- Enter the address information.
- Name of the address
- Street address details
- Suburb (Readysell will fill in the state and postcode)
- Type of address (Accounts, Delivery, Physical, Postal; you can select any combination)
- Delivery information
- Any notes that need to be added for the address
- Optionally, you can associate a contact person with this address. For example:
- If the address is a postal address, the contact person's name will appear on mailings sent to this address.
- If the address is a delivery address, the contact person might be the person responsible for accepting and processing deliveries.
- if the address is a physical address, the contact person might be the person responsible for machines at this address.
- When you have finished, click Save.
- Repeat the steps if you have more than one address that needs to be set up for each card.
