You can change the web customer name directly from the contract if you drag the web customer name field onto the customer list on the contract. Take care though, as the web customer name must exactly match the Oranisation ID on WebX! |

Please contact Office Brands for information on how to lookup Organisation ID from Org Admin. You can cut and paste the Organisation ID from Org Admin and paste it into the Web Customer Name field in Readysell. |
