  1. In the navigation pane, go to Service then Service Orders.
  2. Click Create, then click New. 
  3. The Service Order detail window will display. 

  4. The Type needs to be changed to SRVQUO (Service Order Quote)

     Show me

  5. Enter details for the service order:
  • Select the customer.
  • Select the product to be serviced.
  • Assigned To: Select the technician who will be assigned the job.
