Key Features

    • Installing the app, the app can be downloaded from Apple, Android and Windows stores. 
      • On Android it can be installed from an email sent to the mobile device. 
      • The app runs on most Android, Apple, Windows phones and Windows 8 devices
    • Configuration, Readysell's mobile app can be configured to 
      • pair with a compatible barcode scanner 
    • Getting started
      • when you first install the app your user settings in Readysell 8 Windows version control the menu options you are allowed to see

        A Store Person menu options would be different to that of Technician.

      • Once your user id is setup properly in Readysell. A first data sync has to occur. 
      • Readysell stores and runs its data from the device itself. As a result the Readysell 8 mobile application can continue to work even when your mobile device is out of range of 3G and Wi-Fi connections
    • Menu Options
      • Customers, customers can be listed and viewed. Maps of the customer location can be displayed, emails can be sent and received from the customer, graphs of the customer's sales history can be displayed by category. You can drill down into the categories to show the customers sales history in detail
      • Delivery Runs, can be shown on the mobile app in the required delivery order. Customers can sign the device with their signature captured and logged against the delivery. The app tracks the time between drops and geo-caches the location of the driver at each drop. If demand is there. We could display a live map in Readysell showing the delivery run and where on the run the driver is currently located. We could do the same for sales rep runs and technician runs. 
      • Products, can be looked up on the mobile app. Again even when out of range.
      • Purchase Scans, scan checking of receipts can be performed from the mobile app. Just like scanning receipts into Readysell Windows version. The receipts are displayed and the quantities scanned are tallied on the device against the receipt.
      • Stock Put Away, reverse picking is available for stock put away. This is the same as the picking process but in reverse. The app leads the user around each location. The user scans the product and the location to confirm the correct stock put away location. Images and other data about the product and location are displayed on the device as the stock is put away.
      • Product Location Lookup, simple lookup of product and locations for the product from a product or location barcode scan
      • Sale Orders, sales orders can be entered directly on the app. Such as a customer walking around a store or a sales rep who wants to log a sales order
      • Sale Quotes, only your quotes are displayed. You can create new quotes and assign them to the customer service team to be fleshed out before forwarding them to the customer
      • Sale Shipment Packing, scan checking of goods to be delivered. Mostly not required if you are using the app to pick the goods in the first place
      • Sale Shipment Picking, picking is available for stock shipments. Shipments can be directly released to the warehouse devices from web orders via the automated warehouse management system. The app leads the user around each location. The user scans the product and the location to confirm the correct stock put away location. Images and other data about the product and location are displayed on the device as the stock is picked.
      • Stocktakes, stocktakes can be created and lines scanned into stocktakes from the mobile app. The mobile app can complete stocktakes created in Readysell or on other mobile devices
      • Stock Transfer Picking, picking of stock transfers within the warehouse, between locations, to technician trucks, to the retail area etc.
      • Location Labels, replacement labels can be created on demand
      • Schedule, under development. The Readysell 8 enterprise schedule will eventually be available directly on the mobile app.
      • Service Orders, technicians can see their work schedule, update activities on service orders, pick parts and complete orders. All without printing worksheets. They can wake up at home in the morning and see their work for the day. Emails can be sent to customers from the app if schedules need to be changed
      • Cases, sales reps can see their work schedule, update activities on cases, log calls and close cases. All without using any other sales workforce software. They can wake up at home in the morning and see their work for the day on their devices. Emails can be sent to customers from the app if schedules need to be changed
      • Sync Data, sync data with Readysell. Normally when in Wi-Fi range. Only changes since the last sync are updated. Can be used when in 3G range
      • Reports, selected standard Readysell 8 reports can be run from the app. The output is in pdf file on the device
