 Fields

The fields in this section show information about the product, how it is used, and so on. The fields in this tab are generated by the system and/or derived from information elsewhere in the system.

All ranking fields are calculated based upon a task that is set to run every saturday. The number of days has to be assigned to this task in the field of 'Value' on the task called 'Ranking' and the task has to be set to 'Enabled'.

Field

Overall Rank

Overall rank, a rating from zero to the last product that measures the products overall rank. The overall rank is calculated by taking the Value Rank, Quantity Rank and Margin Rank, adding them all together, then sorting smallest -> largest. It's possible that multiple customers end up with the same rank. For example, customer A may be Margin 1, Value 1, Quantity 3 and Customer B may be Margin 2, Value 2, Quantity 1. In this case, they both end up with the same "Overall Rank".  Where a rank of 0 means nothing sold, 1 is the best and a large number like 99999 is the worst of those products that have had a sale at all.
This is based upon the number of days set on the system reference of Ranks

Quantity Rank

Quantity rank, a rating from zero to the last product that measures of how many units are being sold for the product. Where a rank of 0 means nothing sold, 1 is the best and a large number like 99999 is the worst of those products that have had a sale at all.
This is based upon the number of days set on the system reference of Ranks

Value Rank

Value rank, a rating from zero to the last product that measures based on value sold. Where a rank of 0 means nothing sold, 1 is the best and a large number like 99999 is the worst of those products that have had a sale at all.
This is based upon the number of days set on the system reference of Ranks

Margin Rank

Margin rank, a rating from zero to the last product that measures based on margin sold. Where a rank of 0 means nothing sold, 1 is the best and a large number like 99999 is the worst of those products that have had a sale at all.
This is based upon the number of days set on the system reference of Ranks
