CUSTOMER + CONTACT DATA:

  • Contacts and how to maintain them.  Adding contacts to sales, moving the CONTACT field.  Updating contacts for VIP clients via the order entry screen.
  • Bringing last modified date into the Contacts module….sorting by sales person..adding a view variant for a sales person.  Adding ROLE sorting / using Modification Checking on CLOSE only.
  • Customers ABNS and industries and how this relates to CRM,  Updating these fields in Readysell, consider making some defaults (Readysell). How to analyse how many GOVT vs LIST active clients you have in a list view.
