Manually Releasing Sales Backorders that have been Receipted to Invoice where Stock Allocation is OFF
- Log onto Readysell
- Select Sales
- Select Sales Backorders
Create a View Variant if a View Variant does not already exist to have the following columns and filter.
Date, Customer, Transaction Number, Transaction Type, Product Site.Product, Product Name, Supplier, Purchase Order, B/O Qty, Product.Site.Last Received, Product.Qtyonhand, B/O Value Inc, Sale Order Line.ProductSite.QuanityonOutstandingPurchaseOrderEnsure that you have a Group By Box of 'Product.Last.Received'
Then you need to create one of these two filters to this field in the group by Box. [Product.Last Received] Is Not Null And [B/O Qty] = 0.0m
(all stock receipts)OR
(IsOutlookIntervalToday([Product.Last Received]) Or IsOutlookIntervalYesterday([Product.Last Received])) And [B/O Qty] = 0.0m
(all stock receipted yesterday or today)What ever back orders appear in the list will be the ones you need to Generate a Shipment for and Invoice as the stock has been Receipted.
- Click on the Sales order number to sort ascending so that you can see the products for the same Sales order number.
- One of sales order numbers, then click on Source Record.
- The Sales order will appear to Screen
- Click on Ship (Note: Do not click on the pick button, the pick button should not be used for sites that are not using stock allocation)
- Then Click on Send and select the print option. A shipment will be Generated. Grab the Shipment and Go and Pick the Stock.
- Once all the stock is picked, Scan the Barcode on the Shipment into Readysell.
- The shipment will appear to screen.
- Check the Shipment and make any appropriate changes.
- Click on Complete to finalise the shipment and generate a Invoice..
