Manually Releasing Sales Backorders that have been Receipted to Invoice where Stock Allocation is OFF

  1. Log onto Readysell
  2. Select Sales
  3. Select Sales Backorders
  4. Create a View Variant if a View Variant does not already exist to have the following columns and filter.
    Date, Customer, Transaction Number, Transaction Type, Product Site.Product, Product Name, Supplier, Purchase Order, B/O Qty, Product.Site.Last Received, Product.Qtyonhand, B/O Value Inc, Sale Order Line.ProductSite.QuanityonOutstandingPurchaseOrder

  5. Ensure that you have a Group By Box of 'Product.Last.Received' 

  6. Then you need to create one of these two filters to this field in the group by Box. [Product.Last Received] Is Not Null And [B/O Qty] = 0.0m

    (IsOutlookIntervalToday([Product.Last Received]) Or IsOutlookIntervalYesterday([Product.Last Received])) And [B/O Qty] = 0.0m

  7. What ever back orders appear in the list will be the ones you need to Generate a Shipment for and Invoice as the stock has been Receipted.

  8. Click on the Sales order number to sort ascending so that you can see the products for the same Sales order number.
  9. One of sales order numbers, then click on Source Record.
  10. The Sales order will appear to Screen
  11. Click on Ship (Note: Do not click on the pick button, the pick button should not be used for sites that are not using stock allocation)
  12. Then Click on Send and select the print option. A shipment will be Generated. Grab the Shipment and Go and Pick the Stock.
  13. Once all the stock is picked, Scan the Barcode on the Shipment into Readysell.
  14. The shipment will appear to screen.
  15. Check the Shipment and make any appropriate changes.
  16. Click on Complete to finalise the shipment and generate a Invoice..
