Overview

This actionable metric indicates how many times your stock turns over per year.

As an example, if you have $1200 sales per year and your stock was $100, stock turn would be 1200/100=12 - this means you have sold your stock 12 times per year.

 Formula


It normalises the stock turns to a "per year" basis even if you are basing it on the last month.

You can use whatever number of days you want, but 30 is the default in the system reference type 


The idea is 'this is how many stock turnes per year you have based on the sales from the last X days.

GreenThe stock turns per year varies from the target by less than 2.
YellowThe stock turns per year varies from the target by less than 4.
RedThe stock turns per year varies from the target by more than 4.
