Pre-acquisitions :

a. Run Task : Office Brands Product Import : Enabled Product Mapping : True
(task runs and checks any products that missing key in Readysell database and go to OB Web Service to fetch and store into Readysell database)
b. Product : Office Brands button on top navigation : May Key from WebX
(Readysell deleted existing mapping key if exists, connects to OB Web Service, fetch and store this product unique key into Readysell database)
Initialise Readysell Calculated Unit Ex Tax Price to new column Web Unit Price Ex Tax*
Task runs and check if any products do not have price value in new column Web Unit Price Ex Tax*, and copy the value of Calculated Unit Price Ex Tax to this new columns Web Unit Price Ex Tax*
(Task only check if product has : Price Level Web ID, Price Level Web Code, No Previous Price Level (or if there is Previous Price Level, Sell Break must greater than 0)
Configure the task to use Office Brands Price Upload New workflow version 2
Office Brands Product Sync : Product Update Version : 2
How it works :
1. Initially, Readysell will assume all price sync with WebX (Pre-acquisition no 2)
2. Any price changes (Calculated Unit Price Ex Tax) and in-conjunction with Product OBLastUpdatedDate, task Office Brands Product Sync will pick up this product, queue and ready to upload to WebX
3. Readysell only upload price value per price level if Calculated Unit Price Ex Tax different with Web Unit Price Ex Tax
4. Catalogue Product : Task also compares Calculated Unit Price Ex Tax with Price Book pricing.
a. If different with Price book : Task deletes existing price on WebX and Upload the price value to WebX
b. If same with Price Book : Task deletes existing price on WebX only.
5. Task picks up the WebX Product unique key from Readysell database (Pre-acquisition no 1) when do the deletes and uploads
Columns usage :
* Web Price Unit Ex Tax : last price sent to WebX
Web Price Last Sent : date time when last price sent to WebX
Web Price Last Result : result when last price sent to WebX
Note :
1. Store Product and does not exists in WebX : Task creates product in Web and upload Price
2. Store Product does exist in WebX : Task updates product details (in different thread), deletes existing price and uploads new Price
3. Catalogue Product : Price same with Price Book : Task deletes existing price
4. Catalogue Product : Price different with Price Book : Task deletes existing price and uploads new Price
