Name	Description
All Sites	This is turned on by default, flag ticked means that the contract applies to all of your sites. If you are multi site and the contract only applies to one or two of your sites then you will use the insert button.
Region	You can apply this contract to a certain region if you wish to do so.
Site ID	Site code that the contract is to apply to if you want to be selective as to which sites the contract is going to show up at.
Name	Site name which is automatically filled in once you select the Site ID
