Override loyalty points can be adjusted in the Card Details window.
- In the navigation panel, go to Relationships then Cards.
- Locate and select the customer for whom you want to adjust override loyalty points.
- Use loyalty points mode to disable loyalty points for a customer. Otherwise, leave the field at default.
