Override loyalty points can be adjusted in the Card Details window.

  1. In the navigation panel, go to Relationships then Cards.
  2. Locate and select the customer for whom you want to adjust override loyalty points.
  3. Use loyalty points mode to disable loyalty points for a customer. Otherwise, leave the field at default.
