If you dont have your card details quite set up that is with Delivery Run and Carrier and you use a Delivery van, you can just extract the delivery run and scan the shipment numbers into it.
Ensure all users that are Drivers have been flagged as a Driver in the User Table

  1. Log onto Readysell>Sales>Deliveries
  2. Click on New
  3. Select the Driver by dropping down the Assigned to Flag
  4. You would have organised the Shipments into the order the driver will drop off the goods.
    Start scanning the Last delivery drop off first as it will go to the bottom of the list
  5. Once you have scanned all your shipments check them
  6. Click on Tag as Delivered
  7. The check box within the detail list for 'Is Delivered' will be ticked.
  8. Then print off your Delivery Manifest and check it and ensure that all the shipments and number of consignment notes are correct
    To print the manifest click on Show in Report and select Delivery Manifest
  9. This manifest goes with the shipments and the driver
  10. When the driver deliveries the consignments, the customer will sign the manifest
  11. Once the driver has delivery all he can he will return the delivery manifest to the store
  12. Call up that delivery and delete any shipments that were not delivery or signed for
  13. Click on Save
  14. Then click on Post Delivery
