The Delete button on the ribbon deletes the record (product, sales order, etc) that is currently open. Readysell recommends that you set records to Inactive or Archived rather than deleting them.
The example below demonstrates how to delete a product record:
- In the navigation panel, go to Inventory then Products.
- Click once on a product to select it.
- Click Delete. Readysell asks you to confirm that you want to delete the product.
- Click Yes. The product is deleted.
