Table of Contents

WebX integration

WebX integration will enable customer order downloads, category synchronisation and product, contract and image uploads to your WebX web site.

 

Readysell staff may already have access to many of the below details, please contact a Readysell Support team member if you require assistance.

 

  1. Obtain the following details from Readysell, the member and/or Office Brands
    1. Readysell

      • Customer Subdomain

      • ESB Username (same as above)
      • ESB Password (newly created 12 digit alphanumeric)
    2. Member
      • WebX Username
      • WebX Password
      • Principal Email Address

    3. Office Brands
      • Office Brands Store Identifier
      • WebX Store ID
      • List Web Price Level ID
      • Government Web Price Level ID

  2. Populate the following XML segment with the relevant details and send it to support@officebrands.com.au, requesting its addition into the ESB entities configuration:

  3. In Readysell, go to Administration > Price Levels
  4. Set the Web Price Level ID of "List", "Bulk1", "Bulk2" and "Bulk3" to the List Web Price Level ID obtained from Office Brands
  5. Set the Web Price Level ID of "Gov" to the Government Web Price Level ID obtained from Office Brands
  6. Go to Administration > Advanced > System Types 
  7. Select the "OFFICE-BRANDS" system type
  8. Fill in the following system references based on the instructions in the Description of each reference and the details collected earlier
    • ESB-PASSWORD
    • ESB-USERNAME
    • GROUP-OWNER-CODE
    • OB-STORE-IDENTIFIER
    • WEBX-CATALOG-ID
    • WEBX-CATALOG-OWNER-ID
    • WEBX-DEFAULT-CATEGORY
    • WEBX-PASSWORD
    • WEBX-ROOT-CATEGORY
    • WEBX-STORE-ID
    • WEBX-USERNAME
  9. Go to Administration > Advanced > Tasks
  10. Find the "Office Brands Category Sync" job, make sure it is enabled
  11. Click the Parameters tab
  12. Set the value for "CreateNew" to "True"
  13. Run the job
  14. Once the job completes, find the "Office Brands Sync" job, make sure it is enabled
  15. Run the job to test
  16. Once the job completes, find the "Office Brands End of Day" job and make sure it is enabled
  17. Run the job to test
  18. Restart Readysell Server service

Catalogue and product data integration

Catalogue and product data integration will enable catalogue downloads, price book downloads and (optional) direct update of product data from the Office Brands data service.
  1. Go to Administration > Advanced > System Types

  2. Select the "OFFICE-BRANDS" system type

  3. Fill in the following "ONEX-BRAND-ID" system reference based on the instructions in the Description

  4. Go to Administration > Advanced > Tasks

  5. Find the "Office Brands Product Import" job

  6. Make sure the job is enabled

  7. Run the job to test

Business Intelligence (BI) integration

Business Intelligence integration will enable uploads of sales data to Office Brands for analysis purposes.

 

Readysell staff may already have access to the below details, please contact a Readysell Support team member if you require assistance.

 

  1. Obtain the following details from Office Brands
    • FTP Username
    • FTP Password
    • FTP Path
    • Member Number

  2. In Readysell, go to Administration > Advanced > System Types

  3. Select the "OFFICE-BRANDS" system type

  4. Fill in the following system references based on the instructions in the Description of each reference and the details collected earlier

    • BI-FTP-PASSWORD
    • BI-FTP-PATH
    • BI-FTP-USERNAME
    • BI-MEMBER-CODE
  5. Go to Administration > Advanced > Tasks

  6. Find the "Office Brands Business Intelligence" job

  7. Make sure the job is enabled

  8. Click the Parameters tab
  9. Set the "LastRunSalesUpload" date to be the date from which you want uploads to start (e.g. 15/06/2014)
  10. Run the job to test

U Rewards loyalty integration

U Rewards integration enables the following:

  • WebX to query customer loyalty point balances from Readysell
  • Readysell to download available redeemable products from OneX

Prior to setting up integration, please follow the steps in setting up the loyalty program to ensures the Readysell portion of loyalty is configured.

 

  1. In Readysell, go to Administration > Users

  2. If a user with username officebrands does not exist:

    1. Click New
    2. Set the following details:
      • Username: officebrands
      • Full Name: Office Brands Web Service
      • Site: WHS
      • Is Web Service: Checked
    3. Click Save and Close
    4. Click the newly created officebrands user in the list
    5. Click Reset Password
    6. Record the password generated
    7. Click Reset Password
    8. Uncheck Change Password on First Logon
    9. Click Save
    10. Go to Administration > Roles
    11. Click the Web Service Consumer role
    12. Click Insert
    13. Add the newly created officebrands user
    14. Click Save
  3. Send the username and password for the officebrands user along with the customer's hostname (available in ReCon) to support@officebrands.com.au, requesting for U Rewards integration to be enabled.
