As work is performed on a service order, technicians record their work and travel time as activities on that service order.
To create an Activity
- Enter the date that the activity will take place on.
- Enter the start time and end time of the activity.
- Select the type of activity (e.g: Labour or Travel)
- Enter the km of travel or the time taken to perform call.
- Once repair is complete, enter repaired description and click on the tick icon on the right hand side to save.
