If the value is set to TRUE,  then when you insert a manual service call to a service order, if the user is flagged as a 'Technician' and the user is set to 'Show on Schedule', the system will pop up with a window.
On this window, you can select a Technician, Duration and Date and Time when you insert a new Service Call to a service order, for you to select the Technician, Duration and Date and Time.
Once you click on Save, the system will lodge this event on the Schedule.





If the VALUE = FALSE, then there will be no pop up window when you go to insert another service call to a service order.

If you wish to have the staff schedule display from 8am in the morning to 5pm in the afternoon, then in the Value field insert Start=8;End=17
(PLEASE ENSURE THERE ARE NO SPACES INBETWEEN THE VALUES). 

Day-View-Timeline 
  1. Site : to use site working hour (daily)
  2. Start=xx;End=yy for custom format start and end working hours
If schedule shown from Service Order and set as SITE : it will use service order site working hours
If schedule shown form staff schedule : it will use all site the earliest and latest start - end hours
