This is a templates designed for single outbound emails to customers or Suppliers.
- From the navigation panel, click on Administration then click on Email Defaults
A list of Email Templates will appear and should NOT be deleted.
Highlight the email batch you are sending where by you will need to change the "Default Subject" or "Template" according to what you want appearing on the emails from those modules.
Below is an example of how a template is created:
