  1. In the Navigation panel, click on Sales then click on Orders Sales>Quotes. 

  2. Search for and locate the quote in the list. You can use the filter dropdown drop down to view Outstanding Sale Quotes or All Sale Quotes.

  3. When you have located the quote, click once on it to select it and  

    Select the quote and then click on

    button

    Accept Quotebutton in the ribbon.

    The quote will be converted to a sale order

  4. A new sale order is created and the quote status is changed to Posted.
  5. Process the order as normal from here you can work on it, ship it and/or complete itas normal. See Entering and processing a sale order for more details.
