  1. In the

    navigation panel, go to Sales then Orders.  ("go to" indicates that you just point to them, I would say click on sales and then click on orders.)

    Navigation panel, click on Sales>Quotes. 

  2. Search for and locate the quote in the list. You can use the filter

    dropdown

    drop down to view Outstanding Sale Quotes or All Sale Quotes.

  3. When you have located the quote, click once on it to select it and  

    Select the quote and then click on

    button

    Accept Quotebutton in the ribbon.

    The quote will be converted to a sale order

  4. A new sale order is created and the quote status is changed to Posted.
  5. Process the order as normalas normal. See Entering and processing a sale order for more details.
