Puchase Purchase Order can be generated if generated for the Service Order product is products on backed order e.g. Percent Allocated <> 100%

Click on Purchase

Complete the Purchase Order .

1. In the navigation panel, go to Service then Service Orders

2. Create a service order with products on back order

3. From the Service Order ribbon which is located on the top panel. Click on button Purchase

4. You will be taken to the newly created purchase order screen

   Image Added

5. Review and update the Purchase Order as needed e.g. increase QTY to be

...

1. purchased

2. Click on button Complete to process the purchase order

1. Service Order

1. shows the back ordered part has been allocated and

...

1. Percentage Allocated is now 100%

1. Fill in the Repaired Description

2. Click on button Complete to invoice the customer

1. and complete the Service Order
