Operator codes are used if the User is going to be entering Sales through POS System.

Setting Up a Operator Code for a User 

Operator Codes need to be set up for staff memebers that will be Readysell automatically generates the Operator Code required for the set-up of staff member whose role involves entering sales through the POS system.

1. Log onto Readysell
2. Click on Administration
3. Click on Users
4. Highlight the User you wish to assing a 'Operator Code' to
5. Click on 'Generate Operator Code' and the system assigns From the navigation panel, double-click Administration> Users
6. Select the user you wish to generate and assign an Operator Code

7. Click on Generate Operator Code to generate and assign a three digit operator code to the

   User you have open.
