Readysell to IFS integration provides improvement on efficiency by saving time on data re-entry and seamless workflow. To use the IFS system, the following system types and carrier account need to be set-up as follows:

 


  1. From the Navigation panel, click on Administration then Advanced then System Type
  2. Select Consignment system type and enter the value for the following codes

    IFS-ENABLED-TRANSFERSEnable the IFS SmartFreight integration for stock transfers out
    IFS-ORG-IDYour organisation’s unique identifier. This 4 character string will be provided by IFS. 
    IFS-PASSWORDIFS will provide your organisation with a unique 7 character case sensitive string. 
    Tip

    The IFS-ORG-ID and IFS-PASSWORD are provided to you when you create an account with Smart Freight Express. www.smartfreightexpress.com.au

  3. Click on Save

  4. From the Navigation panel, click on Administration then Sites

  5. Select a Site ID, then click IFS Details tab

  6. Fill out a site IFS details required for the integration message between Readysell and IFS

    Note

    IFS Name is validated against IFS database and would fail the request if it does not match-up.

  7. From the Navigation panel, click on Administration then Advanced then Carriers 

  8. Click on New to create new carrier code or select an existing code then fill in the following :

    1. IFS Account Number 

    2. IFS Service : identifiable with label details
    3. Description : packaging details

  9. Click on Save
