1. Right Click on the Readysell Shortcut

2. Click on Properties
3. Click on 'Open File Location'

4. Find the file 'Readysell.win.exe"Settings.config'"

   Expand

5. Right click on this config file and open it

6. Find the server IP/Host address eg  = \\192.168.1.240
   
   

   Expand
   title Show Me

7. Highlight the IP/Host address and leave it in your buffer
8. Open up windows explorer and paste the IP/Host address in it to see if it exists
9. If it returns no result in the search then you need to set this IP/Host address in windows

   1. User Accounts

   2. Click on

   1. Credential Manager
   '
   1. or
   '
   1. Manager your Credentials

   1. Windows Credentials

   1. (once again depending on what version of windows)

   1. Add a Windows Credential

   1. Expand
      title Show Me
      Image Modified

   2. Enter the IP/Host Address that is still in your buffer

   3. Enter the Server User Name and Password

   . You will find this in Recon.
