In Readysell, go to Administration > Users

If a user with username officebrands does not exist:
- Click New
- Set the following details:
- Username: officebrands
- Full Name: Office Brands Web Service
- Site: WHS
- Is Web Service: Checked
- Click Save and Close
- Click the newly created officebrands user in the list
- Click Reset Password
- Record the password generated
- Click Reset Password
- Uncheck Change Password on First Logon
- Click Save
- Go to Administration > Roles
- Click the Web Service Consumer role
- Click Insert
- Add the newly created officebrands user
- Click Save
