- From the Navigation panel, double click on Relationships then click onCampaignon Campaign
- Click on New to create a new campaign
- Key in Description for the campaign
Click on Extract Cards in the ribbon line to extract customer card for this campaign
Expand title Show me 
Specify extract card criteria and click on OK
Expand title Show me 
If required, click on Generate Cases to generate cases for all of the addresses for this campaign
Info Go to Relationships>Cases to view and manage generated cases

If required, click on Generate Email Batch to generate and manage emails for all of the addresses for this campaign
Expand title Show me 
Click on Finalise to complete the campaign
