 | Extract Meter | Extract meter readings into this meter count run |
 | Finalise | To finalise meter count run extracted updates |
 | Generate Email Batch | Generate meter count request email batch |
 | Run Batch Now | Send meter count request emails to the customer |
Charge | Charge Meter Count Run | To charge the most recent count run for a count cycle. However, if you are stopped from charging a count run because the previous count run that has a type of Reset has not been charged. You can click on this actin button and it will flag that reset count run to Charged. |

| Number | System allocated MTCRUN transaction number |
| Status | The meter count run status e.g. in progress, posted |
| Date | The date meter count run was created |
| Description | This field contains a description of the meter count run |
| Value | This field shows the total value for the meter count run |
| Meter Count Cycle | This is the meter count cycle for this run e.g. Education, Standard or Single |
| Token | Unique system allocated token string used to identify/associate items of a run |
| Site | This field shows the name of the site |
