- In the navigation pane Navigation panel, go to Service then Service Orders.
- Click Click on button Create, then click click on button New.
- The Service Order detail window will display.
The Type needs to be changed to SRVQUO (Service Order Quote)
Expand title Show me 
- Enter details the details for the service order:
- Select the customer customer card.
- Select the machine to be serviced.
- Select the product to be serviced.
- Assigned To: Select the technician who will be assigned the job.
- Change Workflow Status if required.
- Click on button Save or Save and Close
