1. In the navigation pane, go to Print Services then Meter Count Runs.
2. Click New to create a new meter count run.
3. In the Description field, enter a description for the meter count run.

4. Click Extract Meters. The Extract Machines window displays.

   title Show me

5. Select the meter count run set you want to use.
6. If necessary, select the meter count cycle you want to use.
7. If desiredMeter Count Run Set from the drop-down list
8. If required, select Meter Count Cycle from the drop-down list
9. If required enter Machine Filter, you can use the filter to restrict the meter count run to cover only particular machines.
10. When you have finished, click OK.
11. Readysell will generate Readysell generates a list of machines that require a count for the selected meter count cycle . These will be displayed and displays in the Line Items tab on the Meter Count Runs screen.
12. Verify the extracted meter count data
13. Click Generate Email Batch in the ribbon to generate emails for these meters.
