Right Click on the Readysell Shortcut
Expand title Show Me 
- Click on Properties
- Click on 'Open File Location'
Find the file 'Readysell.win.exe.config'

- Right click on this config file and open it
- Find the server IP/Host address eg = \\192.168.1.240

- Highlight the IP/Host address and leave it in your buffer
- Open up windows explorer and paste the IP/Host address in it to see if it exists
- If it returns no result in the search then you need to set this IP/Host address in windows
- Click on 'Start'
- Click on 'Control Panel'
- Click on 'User Accounts'
- Click on 'Credential Manager' or 'Manager your Credentials' (depending on what version of windows)
- Click on 'Windows Credentials' (once again depending on what version of windows)
Click on 'Add a Windows Credential'
Expand title Show Me 
- Enter the IP/Host Address that is still in your buffer
Enter the Server User Name and Password. You will find this in Recon.

Click on 'OK'
- Log onto Readysell now.
