If the value is set to TRUE,  then when you drag a service order call from within the Schedule from one technician to another technician a window will pop up up ]for confirmation. 


If you select YES, the system will change the technician on the service call, not the service order header
If you select NO, the service call will not be updated with the new technician, date and time.


If the VALUE = FALSE, then there will be NO pop-up window when you drag an event from the schedule from one technician to another.

The default value should be set to FALSE

By setting these values into the system type, you are able to view the schedule for eg for a site from a start and end time.
If you wish to have the staff schedule display from 8 am in the morning to 5 pm in the afternoon, then in the Value field insert Start=8;End=17
(PLEASE ENSURE THERE ARE NO SPACES INBETWEEN THE VALUES). 

If you wish to see all hours, then leave the system reference value blank.

  1. Site : to use site working hour (daily)
  2. Start=xx;End=yy for custom format start and end working hours
If the schedule is shown from Service Order and set as SITE : it will use service order site working hours
If schedule is shown form staff schedule: it will use all site the earliest and latest start - end hours
