Double Click on "Meter Count Run" in the Navigation panel
Click "New"
Enter a "Description"
Click on " Extract Meters"
Select "Meter Count Run Set" and "Meter Count Cycle" then click OK
This will then generate the machines that require a count on the "Meter Count Run".
