Overall Rank

Overall rank, a rating from zero to the last product that measures the products overall rank. This The overall rank is calculated by taking the Value Rank, Quantity Rank and Margin Rank, adding them all together the the three rankings of quantity rank, value rank and margin rank and then divide by 3.  Where , then sorting smallest -> largest. It's possible that multiple customers end up with the same rank. For example, customer A may be Margin 1, Value 1, Quantity 3 and Customer B may be Margin 2, Value 2, Quantity 1. In this case, they both end up with the same "Overall Rank".  Where a rank of 0 means nothing sold, 1 is the best and a large number like 99999 is the worst of those products that have had a sale at all. 
This is based upon the number of days set on the system reference of Ranks

Quantity Rank

Quantity rank, a rating from zero to the last product that measures of how many units are being sold for the product. Where a rank of 0 means nothing sold, 1 is the best and a large number like 99999 is the worst of those products that have had a sale at all.

Value Rank

Value rank, a rating from zero to the last product that measures based on value sold. Where a rank of 0 means nothing sold, 1 is the best and a large number like 99999 is the worst of those products that have had a sale at all.

Margin Rank

Margin rank, a rating from zero to the last product that measures based on margin sold. Where a rank of 0 means nothing sold, 1 is the best and a large number like 99999 is the worst of those products that have had a sale at all.

GP% Now

The gross profit percentage that would be earned by selling the product at it’s default sell price level.

Date Created

The date that the product was entered into the system.

Original Sell Price

The original sell price for the product, when it was first entered in the system.

Was Price

This is used to specify the original price of a product, for situations such as sales. For example, a sales tag might say “was $80,   now $20”. $80 is the Was Price in this case. There is a setting in system   administration to determine how long the old price is retained when sell   prices for the product are changed.

Was Price Date

The date when the Was Price applied. For example, a sales tag might say “was $80 on 1/1/2014”.

Last Ordered

The last date that the product was ordered through Readysell.

Last Received

The date that the product was last received.

Last Shipped

The date that the product was last shipped.

Last Cat End

The end data for the last catalogue that included this product.

Margin Rank Value

The rank based on the total value of margin in the ranking period
