New Ticket- Allows you to create/ submit a new ticket which is entered into Readysell support system. You will receive a response to the newly created ticket via email.

Existing Tickets- Displays a list of all your tickets

Software Changes- View outstanding and recently resolved bugs, improvements and new features

Select the mode to be used when checking for modifications made to objects.

• When "always" is selected- If you make a change to any fields then you want go to another line field a pop up message to save changes will appear.
• When "On Close Only" is selected- You can make changes to many fields and lines in the same module, when you click on the X to exit/ close a module the 'save changes' box will then only appear. (E.g: you can make changes to numerous products at a time, then when you close the "Inventory" module the 'save changes' boxes will only then appear).

• Click this to open the cash drawer and create a log entry in the Workstations > Logs tab 
  • If Operator Code Required flag is checked (under Workstations > General Settings tab) then the operator will be prompted to key in the code to open the cash drawer.
