There are two main reasons for this :
- The Images Folder in Tools>Images Folder does not have all of the product image files. To correct this a complete download of all product image files is required
- The Image File Name in Product>General tab is not set to a image file name e.g., blank. To correct this contact Readysell Support to run script to update the image file name
Schedule a complete download of all product image files
- From the Navigational panel, click on Administration>Advanced>Tasks
- Select Office Brands End of Day Sync
- Click on the Parameters tab
- Select the LastRunDownloadProductImages parameter
Blank out the value
- Click on Save
The task is scheduled to run overnight
Do not run this task during business hours due to the heavy load on internet traffic.
