Step 1 – Where To Save Your Images/Pictures

Using the example above (make sure you use your own image path from your own Readysell main menu)
Step A. Open up "My Computer" from your Desktop by double clicking on the desktop icon called MY COMPUTER
If you don't have My Computer on your desktop, go to start (in the bottom left hand corner of your screen), click on My Computer
Look for the mapped R drive
Double click on the R drive
You will usually see the Readysell folder.
Step B. Look for an RSELLO folder, double click on it to open it up
(If you do not have a Readysell folder, you should then be looking for an RSELLO folder)
Step C. Look for the Web folder, double click on it to open it up
Step D. Look for the Pictures folder, double click on it to open it up.
Inside the Pictures folder (in this example) you will see all of your existing images for your product file products. If it is empty, please contact Readysell.
Step E. Save your image to this folder as a jpeg (.jpg format). Make sure the image name matches exactly to the product code and make the extension be .jpg (not .jpeg – as this format will NOT send to the web – for ON & OPD stores). The smaller the image size is, the easier it will be to view it in Readysell. You can resize the image by opening it up using Paint and shrinking it down.
You DO NOT need to fill in the Override Image ID field inside the product if the name of the image matches the product code exactly. Step 2 – Changing the file path to read the images
The images must live somewhere in the rsello folder in the mapped drive from the server.
From the Readysell Main Menu
Click on <System Administration>

System Reference Types Browse window appears
Key in FILE-PATH into the "A Category of System References" and press Enter on your keyboard

Type FILE-PATH is now highlighted blue
Click on <System Reference Codes>

Left click on Code IMAGES
Click on <Change>

Change the Description to match that of where Readysell lives on each computer. It must be using the mapped drive of Readysell in order for each computer to see the image file.
Click on <OK>
Click on <Close> in the "System References In System Administration Browse" window
Click on <Close> in the "System Reference Types Browse" window
