Understanding completed contracts

Once the end date of a contract arrives, the system will change it's workflow status to 'Completed'. This means the contract has expired and was closed by the system. If the contract was closed by a user, it's workflow status becomes 'Closed' not 'Completed'. Also the user last modified on completed contracts is 'System'. This tells you the system flagged the contact as 'Completed'.
