Exporting quotes from ERPs and importing them into Booklist

Report Type: Form Report

Report Name: Booklist Population Export

If you do not have this report in your Form reports list, you will need to go to the Readysell Store (top ribbon - Form reports window) and Download it

How to run the report for export

  1. From the sales Quotes window

  2. Select the quote

  3. Click on button Show In Report (top ribbon)

  4. Select "Booklist Population Export"

  5. Report goes to a Print Preview window

  6. Click on button Export To

  7. Select XLSX file

  8. Report then outputs to Excel

  9. Highlight only the lines of data (not the headings)

  10. Copy those lines of date (i.e. highlight then right click and select Copy)

  11. Then paste it into the template from Office Brands.
