Exporting quotes from ERPs and importing them into Booklist

Report Type: Form Report
Report Name: Booklist Population Export
If you do not have this report in your Form reports list, you will need to go to the Readysell Store (top ribbon - Form reports window) and Download it
How to run the report for export
- From the sales Quotes window
- Select the quote
- Click on button Show In Report (top ribbon)
- Select "Booklist Population Export"
- Report goes to a Print Preview window
- Click on button Export To
- Select XLSX file
- Report then outputs to Excel
- Highlight only the lines of data (not the headings)
- Copy those lines of date (i.e. highlight then right click and select Copy)
- Then paste it into the template from Office Brands.
